Nine East 33rd

Nine East 33rd is the premiere mixed-use apartment building in Charles Village. Looking to attract the Johns Hopkins student body, the modern complex not only features luxury amenities, but shops and restaurants on the ground floor to accommodate resident’s every need.

Nine East 33rd approached YDI to create signage for their new apartment in Charles Village. Using the existing brand to build out the signage, we landed on a wrapped building sign facing the main entrance. The interior signage and wayfinding uses simple flat color with thin dimensional stroke.
