YDI developed a custom typeface for this project, inspired by the Beaux-Arts style of Penn Station’s original design from 1911. Refined serifs and subtle stroke contrast give each letterform a classical elegance that echoes that of the building’s architecture. Custom drawings were created to adorn various branding collateral, each paying tribute to Penn Station’s sumptuous details.
