The signage, inspired by the building’s materials and millwork, seamlessly integrates with the interior, enhancing the dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.
Unit IDs at The Barrett feature a natural oak base with a special treatment. The front panel, designed in an angled shape with a comb detail replicating a finger joint effect, extends above the base surface. The numerals are crafted from white acrylic, adding a touch of modern elegance.
The signage family at The Barrett echoes the design of the Unit IDs, ensuring unity and consistency throughout the property. Custom glyphs were created specifically for this building, lending a bespoke feel to amenity signage.
At The Claude, residents find sophisticated elegance paired with boutique-style amenities and chic services. The signage, meticulously designed with high-end materials and crafted with exceptional attention to detail, seamlessly integrates into the refined interior design, enhancing the overall luxury experience.
Unit IDs feature chemically oxidized metal base plates with color-matched interior metal finishes. The numbers, crafted from thick brushed aluminum, are stencil-cut and individually applied to the base plate. The chosen typeface ensures readability while exuding elegance, perfectly capturing the luxurious feel.
The interior signage is designed to blend seamlessly into its environment while remaining practical and user-friendly. Its layered base, inspired by layered door trims, provides a subtle yet functional integration into the space. This approach ensures that signage is both unobtrusive and highly effective in communication.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences feature 65 elegant condominiums with refined exteriors and luxurious interiors. The signage, made from natural limestone and chemically oxidized brass, enhances the sophisticated design and seamlessly integrates with the overall aesthetic.
The signage family for Ritz-Carlton Residences embodies the brand’s high standards and attention to detail. Each sign, including Unit IDs, features honed limestone with individually cut oxidized brass graphics. Consistent oxidized brass details ensure a refined and cohesive look throughout the property.
The parking garage at Chevy Chase Lake spans three color-coded floors, serving all three buildings as well as retail. The first floor is for retail and residents, while the second and third floors are reserved for residents. Major locations like elevators and stairs are highlighted with color and floral line art motifs. Painted graphics and signage assist with navigation.
