Playing off the square design motifs used on the existing building and its location on Pittsburgh’s Doughboy Square, we landed on the name “The Square on Butler.” The same inspiration led to a primary mark that doubles as both a square and the letter ’S,’ recalling the new name and the building’s architectural features.
